VARIOUS JOURNALS, BOOKS, NEWSPAPER ARTICLES, AND CONGRESSIONAL SOURCES ARE QUOTED IN WHOLE OR IN PART, INCLUDING THE VIRGINIA LAW REVIEW, THE WASHINGTON POST, THE DIARIES OF GEORGE WASHINGTON, AND NUMEROUS GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATELY PUBLISHED WORKS ON THE SUBJECT OF MARIHUANA, ITS USE, AND ITS CONTROL.
