DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS FOR GATHERING EVALUATION DATA AND FOR USING THE DATA TO COMPLETE RATING FORMS FOR EACH EVALUATIVE FACTOR ARE PRESENTED. ITEM-BY-ITEM ANALYSES OF EVALUATION FORMS ARE INCLUDED. EXAMPLES OF COMPLETED EVALUATIVE FACTOR RATING FORMS ARE APPENDED. A GLOSSARY AND BLANK FORMS ARE PROVIDED. FOR INFORMATION ON THE MANAGEMENT APPLICATIONS OF THE EVALUATION SYSTEM, SEE NCJ-45511.
