Abstract
THE SCREENING OR PAPERING PROCESS WAS STUDIED WITH A VIEW TOWARD INCREASING THE QUALITY OF CASE PREPARATION. IMPROVED FORMS, CREATION OF CHECKLISTS, REVISION OF JOB DESCRIPTIONS, MORE EFFICIENT SCHEDULING AND PROCESS CONTROL, IMPROVED PERSONNEL TRAINING, AND CHANGES IN DATA FILING AND RETRIEVAL ARE AMONG THE AREAS WHERE IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUGGESTED.
