Abstract
MAJOR AREAS OF DEPARTMENTAL OPERATION ARE IDENTIFIED IN WHICH THE ADOPTION OF NEW POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, OR THE MODIFICATION OF EXISTING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES WOULD RESULT IN THE GREATEST IMPROVEMENT IN OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY. RECOMMENDATIONS ARE MADE IN THE AREAS OF GENERAL ORGANIZATION, DETECTIVE DIVISION, UNIFORM DIVISION, MANPOWER USAGE, WORK SCHEDULES, TRAFFIC DIVISION, PLANNING, RECORDS, TRAINING, AND OTHERS.
