Abstract
IT IS RECOMMENDED, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THAT A CRIME PREVENTION ACTION COUNCIL BE FORMED, THAT BLOCK CLUBS AND APARTMENT BUILDING CLUBS BE ESTABLISHED, THAT BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS FOR THE REDUCTION OF CRIME BE FORMED, AND THAT SUCH ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN FACTORS AS LIGHTING, VEHICLE AND PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION, AND RESIDENTIAL SECURITY BE IMPROVED.
