Abstract
A GENERAL PAPER ON DISASTER INTERVENTION IN GREAT BRITAIN IS PRESENTED, FOLLOWED BY A LIST OF EQUIPMENT CARRIED ON CITY OF LONDON POLICE INCIDENT VEHICLES. THE AUTHOR THEN FOCUSES ON THE CENTRAL CASUALTY AND ENQUIRY BUREAU, ITS OPERATIONAL LAYOUT, EQUIPMENT AND SPECIMENS OF THE FORMS USED AND THE INTERNATIONAL DISASTER VICTIM IDENTIFICATION FORM ADOPTED BY THE INTERPOL ORGANIZATION. OTHER INCLUSIONS ARE AIRCRAFT ACCIDENT PROCEDURES, AIDE MEMOIRE CARDS USED BY THE CITY OF LONDON POLICE, THE CITY OF LONDON POLICE EMERGENCY HELICOPTER RESCUE SCHEME FOR HIGH RISE BUILDINGS, AND THE PLANNING AND EVALUATION OF AN INTERVENTION SYSTEM.
