Abstract
The electro-muscular disruption weapon directly stimulates motor nerve and muscle tissue to cause incapacitation regardless of mental focus, training, size, or drug-induced dementia. Entanglement technology involves nets that can restrict movement, neutralize threatening animals, minimize injury and collateral damage, and work inside or outside. The net launcher uses a 5x5 meter net that instantly launches by means of a gas cartridge within a range of 2 to 5 meters. The curved baton was developed to quickly and decisively bring a suspect under control while providing officers significantly increased safety and power in volatile arrest and "come along" situations. The key ring OC is a low-profile, effective aerosol dispenser. The bean bag and ballistic bag can stun a threatening suspect to produce incapacitation without causing serious injury or death. The handheld green laser causes disorientation and confusion, and the riot control agent dispenser reduces the pauses and hesitations that may occur when shifting from a weapon to a belt unit OC spray. PepperFoam combines OC with fast-acting foaming surfactant to coat a person's face upon direct contact. The Diversionary Device of the Universal Propulsion Company provides consistent sound and flash levels of 174 dB and 2,300,000 candle power measured at 5 feet. The Quick Top OC is designed to provide maximized control and ease of use.
