Abstract
HE SEES INCREASED EDUCATION (ACADEMIC, COMMUNITY RELATIONS, IMAGE) AS A DEMAND FOR POLICE OFFICERS, AS WELL AS AN INCREASE IN FIRST HAND ACQUAINTANCE BETWEEN POLICE AND THE COMMUNITY. EMPHASIS WOULD BE PLACED ON CRIME PREVENTION AND SOCIAL PROBLEM SOLVING.
