Abstract
THIS BOOK CONCENTRATES ON SUCH TOPICS AS PROBABLE CAUSE (BOTH FOR AN ARREST AND FOR A SEARCH WARRANT), DRAWING AFFIDAVITS FOR ARREST AND SEARCH WARRANTS, AND EXCEPTIONS TO THE WARRANT REQUIREMENT. OTHER AREAS DISCUSSED INCLUDE SEARCH OF A MOTOR VEHICLE, THE CONDUCT OF A STOP AND FRISK, THE CONDUCT OF A SEARCH INCIDENT TO AN ARREST, AND LIMITATIONS ON THE AREA OF SEARCH.
