Abstract
Complaints presented reflect the citizens' perceptions of their problems with King County agencies. Complaints (allegations) are listed by agency, and the County Council District in which the complainant resides is listed, with the exception of those complainants who did not wish to give their address or who reside outside the county. The total number of complaints per county agency during the reporting period is provided. An assist designation indicates that a complaint was resolved with a quick phone call, letter, or research resulting in a quick resolution of the complaint. The year and month the complaint was received are indicated. A discontinued designation shows that the complainant dropped the complaint or failed to respond to the request for additional information. The dispositions of concluded complaints are indicated.
