Abstract
The article discusses the application of technology to law enforcement, specifically the electronic monitoring of the movements of victimizers. There are definitions of terms; a chart giving characteristics, manufacturers and operating techniques of some of today's tracking systems; discussion of legal barriers to electronic monitoring; information about the authors.
