INCLUDED IS A SUMMARY OF PROGRESS MADE BY THE LAW ENFORCEMENT ASSISTANCE ADMINISTRATION IN IMPLEMENTING THE ACT. PREPARED STATEMENTS, LETTERS, AND SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIALS ARE ALSO INCLUDED.
