THIS REPORT PRESENTS THE PROCEEDINGS OF A NATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT SEMINAR HELD IN MAY, 1974, IN WHICH ISSUES OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE PROFESSIONALIZATION, CRIMINAL JUSTICE STANDARDS, AND TREATMENT OF VICTIMS WERE EXAMINED.

INCLUDED IN THIS REPORT ARE AN OUTLINE OF THE CONFERENCE PROGRAM, THE TEXTS OF ADDRESSES PRESENTED AT THE SEMINAR, AND TRANSCRIPTS OF THE PANEL DISCUSSIONS.
