HE QUESTIONS WHETHER THE PURPOSES OF LAW ENFORCEMENT ARE BETTER SERVED WHEN INFORMATION OBTAINED BY INFORMANTS MUST BE DISCLOSED. THE LEGISLATIVE HISTORY OF THE BILLS IS PRESENTED.
