Abstract
THE TRAINING PROGRAM PROVIDES THE TRAINEE WITH MAXIMUM INVOLVEMENT IN SIMULATED ENCOUNTERS SO THAT HE MAY BE BETTER PREPARED FOR THE CRISES HE IS LIKELY TO FACE ON THE JOB. PARTICULAR ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO EMOTIONAL CONTROL AND AWARENESS, AND HUMAN RELATIONS. EVALUATION TECHNIQUES AND RESULTS ARE DESCRIBED. APPENDED MATERIAL INCLUDES SUCH ITEMS AS EVALUATION FORMS, OPINION QUESTIONNAIRES, AND TRAINING FILM VIGNETTES.
