RECOMMENDATIONS CITED ARE ORGANIZED AROUND SIX MAJOR GOALS, INCLUDING: ENHANCING THE STRUCTURE OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM; PROVIDING AN ADEQUATE LEVEL OF POLICE SERVICES; PROVIDING SUFFICIENT ATTORNEY SERVICES; MAINTAINING AN EFFECTIVE COURT PROCEEDING; PROVIDING EFFECTIVE CORRECTIONAL SERVICES; AND CRIME PREVENTION AND PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT.
