Abstract
MOST OF THE COMPLAINTS FROM BOTH CITIZENS AND POLICEMEN CENTER AROUND PROBLEMS OF ATTITUDE, COMMUNICATION, AND PROVOCATION. RECOMMENDATIONS ARE MADE FOR MINIMIZING THE POSSIBILITY OF CONFLICT AND NEGATIVE REACTIONS WHILE MAXIMIZING EFFICIENCY AND POSITIVE PERSONAL CONTACTS.
