Abstract
THE FOLDER DEFINES 'FIRST OFFENDER' AND LISTS VARIOUS RIGHTS WHICH MAY BE LOST BY FIRST OFFENDERS, DEPENDING ON THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE CONVICTION. ALSO EXPLAINED IS THE FIVE-YEAR CERTIFICATE OF GOOD CONDUCT. A SAMPLE OF THE APPLICATION FOR A CERTIFICATE OF RELIEF FROM DISABILITIES IS PROVIDED. THE TEXT IS PRESENTED IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH.
