Abstract
The annual report specifically covers DOC operations, the victim awareness program, special services, litigation, inmate sexual abuse, special investigations, the fugitive squad, the Governor's Strike Force Against Drugs and Violent Crime, and organized crime and drug enforcement task forces. It also deals with internal investigations, legal services, quality improvement, strategic management, State and county correctional facilities, inmate boot camps, transitional services, women's services, inmate costs, community corrections, victim-related initiatives, sentencing alternatives, and diversion and detention centers.
