Material on weapons and explosives addresses legislation on the possession and carrying of weapons, the use of weapons, the tagging and detection of explosives, and traffic in weapons. Publications on crime feature discussions of modus operandi and the combating of crime (excluding police departments). Material on criminology discusses anticrime policies and victimology and presents statistics. The section on international law presents international instruments and meetings on international cooperation. Another section features national legislation (texts and principles). Publications on equipment focus on police equipment, security equipment, and surveillance equipment. The section on computers lists and summarizes publications that deal with computer crime, computer equipment, computer legislation, and computer security. Material authored by or pertaining to Interpol is presented in a separate section. Publications on police in general pertain to organization, training, use of computers by the police, and legislation relating to the police. Subjects in the section on forensic science include ballistics techniques, forensic science techniques, and forensic medicine techniques. The section on drugs addresses drug- related crime, drugs laws, trafficking, seizures, and addiction. Publications on terrorism focus on cases, terrorist groups, anti-terrorist legislation, and modus operandi.
