Discretionary grants made with funds from the Bureau of Justice Assistance are listed, with details provided on awards, grantees, amounts, and contact persons.
Abstract
The grant listing is intended to serve as a guide to funding and descriptions of innovative programs. Grants are identified according to the following categories: adjudication, comprehensive communities programs, corrections, crime prevention, evaluation and technical assistance, law enforcement, and special programs. The grants are made possible through an appropriation to the Edward Byrne Memorial State and Local Assistance Program. The Bureau of Justice Assistance administers these funds, and goals are to build partnerships, coordinate resources, develop performance measures, and institute comprehensive planning.
