Abstract
IT WAS THE AUTHORS' INTENTION TO PROVIDE AN OUTLINE FOR DIFFERENTIATING ONE SORT OF JUVENILE POPULATION FROM ANOTHER, SO THAT DIFFERENCES IN THE RATES OF INCREASE OF JUVENILE DELINQUENCY CAN BE DETECTED, THEREBY ALLOWING A MORE SOPHISTICATED CAUSAL ANALYSIS.
