Abstract
QUESTIONNAIRE RESPONSES IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS ARE DISCUSSED: SELECTION OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, THE CONTINUATION OF PRIVATE PRACTICE, OFFICE ADMINISTRATION AND PERSONNEL, HIRING OF SPECIAL COUNSEL, REPRESENTATION OF STATE AGENCIES, AND POWERS IN LOCAL PROSECUTIONS. OTHER TOPICS CONSIDERED INCLUDE POLICE AND INVESTIGATIVE FUNCTIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, THE ISSUING OF ADVISORY OPINIONS, REVIEW OF LEGISLATION, MEMBERSHIP ON BOARDS, AND COMMISSIONS, RELATIONSHIP TO THE BAR, DEFINITION OF DUTIES, SOURCES OF INFORMATION, AND THE STRENGTHENING OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE.
