Abstract
THE PROJECT RESULTED IN A SIGNIFICANT DECREASE IN BOTH VIOLENT AND PROPERTY CRIMES WITHIN MINORITY NEIGHBORHOODS, AND IMPROVED RELATIONS BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY AND THE POLICE.
