Abstract
Of these, 419 were satisfactory program participants, and 110 were unsatisfactory participants (dropouts or terminations). Participants were followed up for a minimum of 12 months after release. Satisfactory participants showed a return rate of 23.3 percent compared to 28 percent for unsatisfactory participants.
