MAJOR FEATURES OF THE PROGRAM WOULD INCLUDE THE INCORPORATION OF A 20 HOUR COURSE IN HUMAN SEXUALITY AND FAMILY PLANNING INTO THE ADULT BASIC EDUCATIONAL CURRICULUM AND FREE CLINICAL AND PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES WITHIN INSTITUTIONS.
