Abstract
VARIOUS LAW ENFORCEMENT PHOTOGRAPHIC SITUATIONS REQUIRE THE USE OF COLORED LEN FILTERS TO ACCENTUATE CERTAIN SHADES, FILTER POLARIZED LIGHT, AND TO ADJUST FOR CHANGING COLOR TEMPERATURE. THE ARTICLE EXPLAINS WHICH FILTERS TO USE WHEN, HOW THEY CAN BE USED IN DIFFERENT CAMERAS, AND HOW FILTER USE AFFECTS ADMISSIBILITY OF PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE IN COURT.
