CAMERA FILTERS ALLOW POLICE PHOTOGRAPHERS TO CORRECT FOR COLOR SENSITIVITY, ADJUST FOR CHANGING COLOR TEMPERATURE, AND UTILIZE VARYING LIGHT SOURCES IN THEIR DAILY TASKS.
Abstract
VARIOUS LAW ENFORCEMENT PHOTOGRAPHIC SITUATIONS REQUIRE THE USE OF COLORED LEN FILTERS TO ACCENTUATE CERTAIN SHADES, FILTER POLARIZED LIGHT, AND TO ADJUST FOR CHANGING COLOR TEMPERATURE. THE ARTICLE EXPLAINS WHICH FILTERS TO USE WHEN, HOW THEY CAN BE USED IN DIFFERENT CAMERAS, AND HOW FILTER USE AFFECTS ADMISSIBILITY OF PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE IN COURT.
