Abstract
FOLLOWING A REVIEW OF RECORD KEEPING PROCEDURES IN THE THREE DEPARTMENTS, THE CONSULTANT RECOMMENDED STRONGLY THAT THE RECORDS UNITS BE CONSOLIDATED INTO ONE UNIT, LOCATED AT GENEVA. THE THREE CITIES ALREADY HAVE CONSOLIDATED THEIR POLICE COMMUNICATIONS OPERATION. IT WAS RECOMMENDED THAT THE NEW RECORD UNIT BE HOUSED IN THE COMMUNICATION BUILDING.
