Abstract
THE FIRST TABLE PRESENTS A YEAR-TO-YEAR COMPARISON OF FATALITY RATES BY HIGHWAY SYSTEM. THE FOLLOWING 12 TABLES SHOW FATAL ACCIDENT RATES, FATALITY RATES, INJURY ACCIDENT RATES AND INJURY RATES BY HIGHWAY SYSTEM AND STATE. ANOTHER TABLE RELATES THE FATALITY AND INJURY ACCIDENT DATA TO VEHICLE REGISTRATIONS, POPULATION, AND NUMBERS OF LICENSED DRIVERS.
