Abstract
THE JAIL WHICH WAS INVOLVED IN THE STUDY HAD COMPLETE CONTROL OVER WHEN THE STUDENTS ARRIVED. HOW LONG THEY STAYED, AND WHAT KINDS AND HOW MANY STUDENTS THERE WERE. THE TEACHING STAFF RESPONDED BY CHANGING GOALS AND DAILY PRACTICES TO SUIT THE FLUCTUATING STUDENT BODY. (MODIFIED AUTHOR ABSTRACT).
