IDENTIFICATION OF THE SKILL AND BEHAVIORAL FACTORS NECESSARY IN A PERFORMANCE EVALUATION FORM FOR POLICE OFFICERS.
Abstract
POLICE OFFICERS' ATTITUDES WERE SAMPLED ON SIXTEEN DIFFERENT TASKS BY THE DEGREE TO WHICH THEY LIKED OR DISLIKED PERFORMING EACH ONE. THIS ARTICLE ANALYZES THE TASK PREFERENCE SECTION OF THE QUESTIONNAIRE, SPECULATES ON SEVERAL IMPLICATIONS OF THE DATA OBTAINED, AND DISCUSSES FUTURE INQUIRIES INTO TASK PREFERENCE STRUCTURES.
