Abstract
TOPICS COVERED IN THIS REPORT INCLUDE TYPES OF EXCHANGE, ADVANTAGES AND PROBLEMS IN THE EXCHANGE OF PERSONNEL, AND NATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS WHICH OFFER EXPERT ASSISTANCE TO ATTORNEYS GENERAL. ALSO DISCUSSED ARE CURRENT PRACTICES AND MECHANISMS FOR THE EXCHANGE OF PERSONNEL BETWEEN ATTORNEYS GENERAL'S OFFICES.
