Abstract
THIS PAMPHLET EXPLAINS THE NEED FOR EVALUATION AND GIVES HINTS ON WAYS TO EVALUATE. USING VOLUNTEER EVALUATORS, REVIEWING THE LITERATURE, AND KEEPING RECORDS CAREFULLY ARE STRESSED, AS WELL AS GOOD OBSERVATION AND COMMUNICATION. SOME BASIC SELF-EVALUATION FORMS ARE SUGGESTED.
