Abstract
MANPOWER DISTRIBUTION METHODS CONSIDERED INCLUDED EQUAL MANPOWER EACH SHIFT AND DAY, EQUAL HAZARD, EQUAL WORKLOAD EACH SHIFT AND DAY, EQUAL POLICE DENSITY, AND EQUAL SERVICE LEVEL. A COMPUTERIZED EVALUATION OF THESE METHODS WAS MADE AND THE RESULTS PRESENTED. A DISCUSSION OF THE RESULTS INCLUDES ITEMS TO BE CONSIDERED WHEN CHOOSING A MANPOWER DISTRIBUTION SCHEME.
