Abstract
THE AUTHOR BRIEFLY REVIEWS SOME THEORIES ON ETHICS. HE STATES THAT ETHICAL QUESTIONS USUALLY ARISE WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR, AND THAT ONE OF THE MOST LIKELY PLACES FOR ETHICAL BREAKDOWNS TO OCCUR IS IN THE DECISION-MAKING PROCESS. THE RELATION OF PERCEPTIONS, PRINCIPLES, AND PROCEDURES TO ETHICAL DECISION-MAKING IS DISCUSSED.
