Abstract
CONFLICTING ATTORNEY RIGHTS AND CLIENT RIGHTS ARE DISCUSSED INCLUDING THE CLIENT'S RIGHT AGAINST SELF-INCRIMINATION AND RIGHT TO COUNSEL. THE AUTHOR CONCLUDES THAT PROTECTIONS AFFORDED TO THE DEFENDANTS IN THESE INSTANCES ARE EXTENDED TO THEIR ATTORNEYS AS WELL.
