Abstract
THE EMI PROGRAM IS APPLIED IN FOUR STEPS. FIRST, THE OFFENDER IS INSTRUCTED IN THE SCIENCE OF MIND CONTROL. THEN HE IS TAUGHT THE MEANING OF THE WORDS USED IN THE DIRECTIONS FOR CONTROLLING HIS MIND CONTROLS. NEXT, HE IS TAUGHT A BASIC SET OF TWELVE MORAL AND ETHICAL CONCEPTS WHICH RELATE TO HIS UNDERSTANDING OF PROPER GOALS AND GOOD ATTITUDES AND WHICH CAN HELP HIM MAINTAIN THESE GOALS AND ATTITUDES. FOURTH, HE IS GIVEN A SERIES OF EXERCISES WHICH WILL ALLOW HIM TO TEST IN HIS OWN EXPERIENCE THE RESULTS OF PROPER MIND CONTROL. EMI HAS ACHIEVED REMARKABLE SUCCESS WITH INMATES, JUVENILES, ALCOHOLICS, AND FEMALE INMATES IN FLORIDA, GEORGIA, AND TEXAS.
