THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM; SUGGESTIONS FOR COURSE PLANNING INCLUDING CLASS SIZE, SCHEDULING LESSONS, RECOMMENDED FACILITIES, REFERENCES, TRAINING EQUIPMENT, AND INSTRUCTOR AND STUDENT PREREQUISITES; GUIDELINES FOR CONDUCTING THE COURSE; AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MEASURING STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT.
