Abstract
A LISTING OF SERVICES THAT RECORDS SYSTEMS CAN OFFER IS PRESENTED WITH TYPES AND MECHANICS OF RECORDING INFORMATION. APPENDICES CONTAIN SAMPLE POLICE FORMS, AND METHODS OF ANALYZING THE QUALITY OF POLICE SERVICES. THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND PROCEDURAL ASPECTS OF THIS METHOD ARE PRESENTED. IN THE INSPECTION CONCEPT, LINE AND STAFF INSPECTIONS ARE DESCRIBED WITH THEIR ORGANIZATION AND OBJECTIVES. THE INTERNAL INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT INVESTIGATES COMPLAINTS AGAINST ANY MEMBER OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT BY CITIZENS.
