ANALYSIS OF THE QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE CHANGES IN CRIME IN POLAND CONNECTED WITH THE TRANSITION FROM A CAPITALIST TO A SOCIALIST SYSTEM AFTER WORLD WAR TWO.
Abstract
IN 1937 CRIMINALITY WAS CONCENTRATED IN CERTAIN SOCIAL GROUPS WHILE IN 1952 THIS WAS NO LONGER THE CASE. A QUANTITATIVE DECREASE IN CRIME WAS REGISTERED OVER THE SAME PERIOD. ANALYZED IS THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CHANGES IN THE SOCIAL SYSTEM AND CHANGES IN THE CRIME RATE. --IN POLISH. SUMMARY IN ENGLISH
