Abstract

ENGLISH PRACTICES IN CRIMINAL CASES ARE REVIEWED AS IS CASE-AND STATUTORY LAW IN THE UNITED STATES. THE ORIGINAL AND AMENDED FEDERAL RULES OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ON DISCOVERY BEFORE AND DURING TRIAL ARE DISCUSSED AND THE EFFECTS OF THE JENCKS ACT DETAILED.
