Abstract
MAJOR PAPERS PRESENTED AT A SEMINAR DESIGNED TO DISCUSS THE WAYS IN WHICH MINORITY GROUPS DIFFER FROM THE DOMINANT SUCIETY. PAPERS ARE PRESENTED BY MEMBERS OF MINORITY GROUPS OR OFFICERS WHO HAVE WORKED CLOSELY WITH THEM, AND COVER MEXICAN-AMERICANS AND SPANISH SPEAKING PEOPLES, AMERICAN INDIANS, JAPANESE-AMERICANS, NEGROES, PUERTO RICANS. DISCUSSIONS INCLUDE JOB CORP EXPERIENCE WITH MINORITIES AND THE IMPLICATIONS FOR CORRECTIONS OF CULTURAL DIFFERENCE AMONG INMATES.
