Abstract
A SOCIAL SERVICE VOLUNTEER HELPED THE SPEAKER IN HIS READJUSTMENT PROCESS. JOB RESTRICTIONS PLACED ON EX-OFFENDERS, AND PROBLEMS IN DEALING WITH EVERYDAY SITUATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE DESCRIBED. THE SPEAKER TELLS OF HIS NEW RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLE AND FOR SOCIAL VALUES, AND RELATES HOW HE MARRIED AND BOUGHT A HOME.
