Abstract
LAWYERS AND SOCIAL SCIENTISTS CAN CONTRIBUTE TO WISE DECISION-MAKING ABOUT THE PRECISE FORM OF GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAMS. THE AUTHOR PROPOSES A RESEARCH MODEL WHICH BENEFITS FROM BOTH DISCIPLINES.
