Abstract

This catalog provides summaries of Federal Circuit Court and U.S. Supreme Court cases on 50 major topics and dozens of subtopics ranging from access to the courts, administrative segregation, and grievance procedures to pretrial detention, transfers, and use of force. The cases summarized generally cover the years 1991 to 1994. Some topics include cases decided earlier. An index and topic finder and an alphabetical listing of cases are provided. Within each topic, the cases are arranged by year of the decisions.
