DATA WAS COLLECTED IN WASHINGTON, D.C., AN AREA SHOWING A SIGNIFICANTLY HIGH DELINQUENCY RATE. AGE, IQ, AND GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION WERE CONTROLLED.
