Abstract
The offenses covered include bankruptcy offenses, bribery, computer crimes, conspiracy, corporations' criminal liability, embezzlement, extortion and related offenses, false advertising, Federal food and drug violations, forgery, and insurance fraud. Also covered are the issuance of checks without sufficient funds, mail fraud, monopoly and antitrust offenses, obstructing justice, obtaining property by false pretense, perjury, political crimes and corruption, racketeering offenses, and securities offenses. For each offense, detailed definitions, the indictment, defenses, evidence, defense tactics, and samples of jury instructions are included.
