Abstract
AN EFFECTIVE LOCK CONTROL PROGRAM IS DESCRIBED ALONG WITH POLICY REGULATIONS. THE CONTENT OF LOCK RECORDS IS DISCUSSED, AND SCHEDULED AND EMERGENCY CHANGES OF LOCKS AND LOCK COMBINATIONS IS CONSIDERED. THE CUSTODY OF LOCK CODES AND THE MANAGEMENT OF KEY CABINETS ARE ALSO EXAMINED. RESERVE LOCKS AND EMERGENCY RE-KEYING POTENTIAL ARE CONSIDERED IMPORTANT IN EXPEDITING NEEDED CHANGES.
