Abstract
THE GUIDE IS DESIGNED FOR USE BY GROUPS OF WOMEN CITIZENS. DISCUSSED ARE METHODS OF FORMING A CITIZEN ORGANIZATION, WORKING WITH THE POLICE, SETTING UP A COURT-WATCHING PROGRAM, ACTIVATING WOMEN IN CORRECTIONS, AND DEVELOPING A PATTERN FOR JUVENILE ACTION.
