This report details the first part of a project that intends to isolate the qualitative factors that influence the dimension, structure, and variation in crime across geographic regions.
Abstract
This first part deals with the development of a questionnaire for criminology experts that will determine the qualitative factors and how they interact with the quantitative factors. The implementation and analysis of the questionnaire results, scheduled for future reports, are expected to greatly improve the accuracy of cross regional police planning and goal-setting strategies.
